Established in 1979, the brand founder Simon Hansen sets up the family-owned company Danish Steel House, which supplies steel products to the catering industry at the beginning. The Danish Steel House becomes Menu since 1998 when the designer Pernille Vea is employed to develop unique and top-selling design products.
