Shopping Procedure

• Thank you very much for your orders. You will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email by the system automatically once you confirmed and completed the payment process.
• We will send a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to you after we have dispatched your order within 3 working days upon receipt of payment from Paypal.
• There might be delay if Paypal delays the process of payment to some countries.

Payment Methods

• All prices shown are listed in Hong Kong Dollars as the shipping currency. You may select the appropriate currency unit available for your country from the bottom left of the website page.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay and PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed securely by PayPal. It is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. PayPal uses the best commercial encryption technology. We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing sensitive financial details like your credit card or bank account numbers.

Delivery Methods

• All shipments are arranged within 3 business days after payment processing.
• For orders in China, please purchase through our official Tmall store to obtain proper VAT invoices.

• All orders placed on www.loveramics.com are shipped by Fedex by default. For standard service, you may expect to receive your parcel within approximately 1 week after it has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary for certain remote areas, and occasionally the arrival time may be affected by factors such as customs clearance efficiency.

  • In the rare circumstance that your item is missing from your order please follow the directions or contact customer service at eshop@loveramics.com.

Return & Exchange

• If the product is damaged or do not correspond with how the product was presented on LOVERAMICS Online Shop, you have the rights to claim within 7 days of receipt.
• We recommend you to check breakage and issues immediately after receipt of goods and provide photos to our representative. We will replace a new one to you with a reasonable shipping option. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may also offer a partial refund, a reasonable discount, or an alternative solution to ensure your satisfaction.
• We are proud to say our breakage rate over the past is outstanding at below 1%
• If you would like to return the products for no specific reason, please notify us within 7 days, and send them back to our warehouse in South China with original gift packaging with undamaged barcode and stickers (paper box can be an alternative), at your own expense.
• Products must not be used, and original tags must be on. Once we receive them we will be happy to REPLACE with something of the same value.

Customs Charges

• For USA: 
  In accordance with the latest U.S. Customs regulations (following the cancellation of Section 321 / Type 86 clearance), we now arrange shipment under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for all U.S. orders placed on or after May 10, 2025 (HKT). This means import duties and taxes are collected at checkout to ensure faster and more reliable delivery with minimal customs delays. Charges are calculated using Shopify’s built-in tax calculator based on current U.S. customs policies. You will see the full landed cost—including product price, shipping, and estimated duties and taxes—at checkout.
  
• For European Union Countries:
  We comply with EU regulations by collecting VAT and import duties at checkout for all orders shipping to the EU Union Countries placed on or after May 14, 2025 (HKT). Orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to reduce customs delays and extra charges at delivery.
• **Please note that while DDP covers most import-related costs, there may be rare cases where local authorities or shipping couriers apply additional fees beyond our control, any incidental fees imposed remain the responsibility of the recipient. You may inquire your local Fedex agents, or your country's trade bureau for more information.
• For Other Countries:
  We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us exactly the price we marked on website ,i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. Please note that your local customs may charge you import duty. We cannot estimate the amount due to differences in tax rule. You are subjected to import duties, Value added tax, customs handling fees, etc. based on import regulation of your countries. Although usually, you won't be taxed with values smaller than a number. However, the rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to state them all in this one-world platform.

Shipping Charges

• We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically.
• In specific countries listed here, we provide free shipping with certain amount of purchase. For details, please refer to our shipping information.
• Starting May 27, 2025(HKT), all orders placed on www.loveramics.com will be shipped from our South China warehouse. Please note that delivery times and shipping terms may vary depending on your location.
• All international shipping is done by Fedex as the default service provider.
