Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically.
In specific countries listed here, we provide free shipping with certain amount of purchase. They are listed below.
We ship everything out of the Hong Kong warehouse, where our headquarters is. That explains the difference in shipping terms.
Orders placed before 08:00am(HKT) will be processed on the same day, excluding the bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Sometimes for larger orders, we may ship from 2 different warehouses for the best tax option and quickest delivery. We will inform you if its the case.
All international shipping is done by DHL as default service provider.

Customs Charges

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us exactly the price we marked on website ,i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
Please note that your local customs may charge you import duty. We cannot estimate the amount due to differences in tax rule.
You are subjected to import duties, Value added tax, customs handling fees, etc. based on import regulation of your countries.
Although usually, you won't be taxed with values smaller than a number. However, the rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to state them all in this one-world platform.

Shipments to European Union

1. **IOSS Shipments and Tax in the European Union:**

Loveramics is committed to complying with all relevant regulations and requirements for shipping to customers within the European Union. As per the latest regulations, all orders with a value over 150 euros will be liable for import duty, anti-dumpling duty (if applied) and tax charges. Tax is calculated at the port and you will be notified the tax value before they hand over your shipment.

2. **IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) System:**

Loveramics has implemented the IOSS system to streamline the process of collecting and remitting VAT on cross-border e-commerce transactions within the EU. This system allows us to collect and pay the VAT on your behalf, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

When placing an order on our website, please ensure that the total product value of your purchase is below 150 euros if you wish to avoid any additional import duty or tax charges. VAT and Shipping will be calculated by the system automatically.

As per the latest regulations, all orders with a value over 150 euros will be liable for import duty and tax charges. Tax is calculated at the port and you will be notified the tax value before they hand over your shipment. All shipments are DDU (Duty Unpaid), just like you purchase from any stores outside of the EU.

3. **Shipping and Delivery:**

Shipment comes from the Hong Kong warehouse, in which we ship by DHL by default. We have implemented our IOSS number in all the systems. When value is below 150 euros, the tax should have been handled by us automatically.

Rest of the World: No Free Shipping.
**Please note that free shipping thresholds are generated by exchange rate against our home currency, Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and there may be minor variances due to fluctuations. The final amount on the checkout page will prevail.
