Shopping Procedure

  • Thank you very much for your orders. You will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email by the system automatically once you confirmed and completed the payment process.
  • We will send a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to you after we have dispatched your order within 3 working days upon receipt of payment from Paypal.
  • There might be delay if Paypal delays the process of payment to some countries.


Payment Methods

  • All prices shown are listed in Hong Kong Dollars as base currency. You may switch to a fixed rate in US Dollars by switching the currency on top. It is always a fixed 7.8 exchange rate by the Hong Kong Government.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed securely by PayPal. It is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. PayPal uses the best commercial encryption technology. We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing sensitive financial details like your credit card or bank account numbers.


Delivery Methods

  • Hong Kong orders are shipped by SF Express or our local courier team. All deliveries are made within 3 days after paypal process. Please go to below link to track their order delivery status in our page.


Return & Exchange

  • If the product is damaged or do not correspond with how the product was presented on LOVERAMICS Online Shop, you have the rights to claim within 7 days or receipt.
  • We recommend you to check breakage and issues immediately after receipt of goods and provide photos to our representative. We will replace a new one to you with a reasonable shipping option.
  • We are proud to say our breakage rate over the past is outstanding at below 1%
  • If you would like to return the products for no specific reason, please notify us within 7 days, and send them back to our warehouse in Hong Kong with original gift packaging with undamaged barcode and stickers. (paper box can be an alternative).
  • Products must not be used, and original tags must be on. Once we receive them we will be happy to REPLACE with something of the same value.
  • We only exchange and replace for damaged or unsatisfied products, we do not refund in any circumstances.

Customs Charges

  • We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us exactly the price we marked on website ,i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
  • You are subjected to import duties, Value added tax, customs handling fees, etc. based on import regulation of your countries. 
  • Although usually, you won't be taxed with values smaller than a number. However, the rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to state them all in this one-world platform.
  • You may inquire your local DHL agents, or your country's trade bureau for more information.


Shipping Charges

  • We offers worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically.
  • In specific countries listed here, we provide free shipping with certain amount of purchase. They are listed below.
  • We ship everything out of the Hong Kong warehouse, where our headquarters is. That explains the difference in shipping terms.
  • All international shipping is done by DHL as default service provider.
