I have made this video to offer the simplest way to hand brew a cup of nice single origin coffee. Our office in general like pretty acidic regions, so we always have Ethiopian or Kenyan with us.

Just make sure the beans is the freshest it can, grind right before you brew, and the most underrated part is to PRE HEAT everything that will touch the liquid. This helps retain temperature, and make your experience much more interesting.
