Travel: Dublin's "laine,my love."

When we were in Dublin for the World Barista Championship 2016, laine my love was a relatively new coffee shop still under the radar.

Even the baristas who worked there asked us how we discovered them. We answered we knew Roasted Brown got the Bond baby blues and put them in this shop. So here we are.

Located underneath a train bridge, seems to be a perfect location for a modern coffee shop. A bit rustic, old meets new, architectural, hidden gem kinda feeling. The interior was a big contrast, very neat and tidy, bright and modern setting.

The most popular question for the baristas apparently was not "whats the coffee of the day". "Laine my Love was a fictional lady from a music festival", the baristas told us, for some reason it just feels like the right name for a cool coffee shop in an old area.

Had a full breakfast here. Healthy all day, muesli, and bakery. All outstanding and we won't be surprised as the coffee was from Roasted Brown, a local powerhouse in roasting as we saw their beans basically everywhere.

With its expansion plan, I am interested to know whats their next coffee shop's name will be.
