We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically. We ship everything out of the Hong Kong warehouse, where our headquarters is. That explains the difference in shipping terms.

Sometimes for larger orders to Europe, we may ship from 2 different warehouses for the best tax option and quickest delivery. We will inform you if its the case.

• Japan, Singapore, South Korea: Free shipping for orders over 200 USD. Below: 39 USD.

• Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand: Free shipping for orders over 200 USD. Below: 10 USD.

• Middle East: While there is no free shipping, we highly recommend you to arrange Shop&Ship service through Aramex. They have convenient service and cheaper rate than us. 

• China: Please get from our T-mall Store, WeChat's Loveramics Official Store directly with proper VAT invoice.

• Czech Republic, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey Free shipping for orders over 300 USD. Below: 89 USD.

• Russia: Free shipping for orders over 200 USD. Only ship to Moscow with package weight be below 5kg. Won't ship to any other parts of Russia because DHL does not service.

• Georgia: No free shipping. 

• All other countries in Europe except the countries listed above: Free shipping for orders over 200 USD. Below: 29 USD.

| SOUTH AMERICA

• Brazil, Argentina, Chile: No Free Shipping, shipping fee is 89 USD.

| CENTRAL AMERICA + AFRICA No Free Shipping.

We will send a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to you after we have dispatched your order within 3 working days upon receipt of payment from Paypal.  All international shipping is done by DHL as default service provider.  You should get it within 7-10 working days after parcel dispatch.

If the product is damaged or do not correspond with how the product was presented on LOVERAMICS Online Shop, you have the rights to claim within 7 days or receipt.

Products must not be used, and original tags must be on. Once we receive them we will be happy to REPLACE with something of the same value. We only exchange and replace for damaged or unsatisfied products, we do not refund in any circumstances.
