Recipe: Seafood Salad

How to create a simple dish?

- fresh Rockets from local farms, about 200g each.

- reasonable amount of fresh tomatoes 

- fresh prawn, take off shell carefully. Scallop, I use sashimi grade here. Remember to keep the chilled before cooking.

- fried prawn and scallop until pink, cook to medium

- mix greens with tomatoes, olive oil and vinegar, pinch of salt and pepper

- put couscous in a bowl of hot water, cover with the lid

- put everything together, serve.
